MA11 personal data policy
This policy has been prepared to inform about MA11's processing of personal data regarding models associated with MA11.
DATA CONTROLLER:
In the sense of the personal data legislation, the company is the data controller. Any contact regarding the model's personal data can be sent to Benjamin Arno Drøscher.
PURPOSE AND ORIGIN:
Personal data is collected around each individual model. The purpose of the collection and processing is to book the model for various tasks. The information comes from the model her/ himself, the model's parents, foreign partners, including modeling agencies.
CATEGORIES OF DATA:
The following categories of information are processed:
General personal data:
Identification information.
Information regarding administration and case processing, including salary conditions.
Sensitive personal data:
- Health information, including genetic data.
- Biometric data for identification purposes.

Personal data is primarily processed according to the following permits:
Personal data regarding the model:
The processing is necessary for the fulfillment of MA11’s obligations. Consent is not required for the processing of this information as long as the processing is necessary for the purpose. Sensitive personal data, e.g. health information, is only processed if it is relevant for model assignments.
When using the model's photos on the company's website, social media or newsletters, separate consent from the model is not required, as it is in the model's own interest to be profiled as much as possible.
ACCESS TO DATA:
Access to personal data is limited as much as possible, so that only the people who need the information have access:
Personal data regarding the model:
Benjamin Arno Drøscher and booking assistants at MA11 have access.
STORAGE:
Personal data must always be stored securely to minimize the risk of the data being compromised or otherwise exposed to security breaches.
DATA TRANSFER:
The company exchanges personal data with the following recipients:
- The company's accountant
- The model's bank
- Travel agency
- Public authorities, e.g. Tax, Holiday account, NemRefusion, UdbetalingDanmark, ATP, the model's municipality of residence, Statistics Denmark.
- Trade unions and other employee representatives
- DA's netstat, ACF, DA-Barsel and Barsel.dk
- NemID
- Pension company
Insurance company
Auditor and possibly lawyer
IT company that hosts the company's data.
Foreign agencies with which the model is placed.
The company transfers data to third countries outside the EU/EEA, although a data processing agreement has been entered into in this regard.
MA11'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR TREATMENT:
In connection with MA11’s daily operations, it may occur that personal data is processed.
All processing of personal data is done with care and discretion.
DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA:
Personal data that is no longer relevant must be disposed of by deletion, destruction or shredding. Sensitive personal data in physical form must be shredded. Personal data may only be stored as long as it is relevant. Photos of the model are removed from the website when the collaboration ends. Other personal data about the model is deleted 5 years after the end of collaboration with MA11 due to the rules of the Accounting Act.
RIGHT OF ACCESS, CORRECTION AND RESTRICTION:
The model has the right to gain insight into and have the personal data that the company holds about him/her corrected. As soon as possible and as a general rule within 4 weeks of receiving a request, the information must be provided. Once information has been provided, the model can request corresponding information after 6 months at the earliest. Access to information that is considered to be in line with public or private interests, including consideration for the person concerned, cannot be requested.
If the information is incorrect, processing can be limited from the receipt of the objection until it can be ascertained whether the information is correct.
COMPLAINT:
If a model is not satisfied with MA11's processing of personal data, a complaint can be made to Benjamin Arno Drøscher. If this does not lead to clarification, a possible complaint can then be addressed to the Data Protection Authority. The current contact address can be found at www.datatilsynet.dk.
